By using the Global Windscreen website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or request our services.

Services

Global Windscreen provides mobile windscreen repair, windscreen replacement, side window replacement, rear window replacement, bodyglass replacement, and heated rear glass replacement across London and surrounding M25 areas.

All services are subject to glass availability, vehicle model compatibility, location suitability, and scheduling. We do not guarantee same-day service for every request.

Quotes and Pricing

Quotes are provided based on the information you supply, including vehicle registration, glass position, and postcode. Final pricing may vary if the glass specification differs from the initial assessment. We will confirm any changes before proceeding.

Booking and Cancellation

Bookings are confirmed upon agreement of the quote and scheduling of an appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. We may charge a cancellation fee if specialist glass has already been ordered.

Liability

We carry out all work with professional care and skill. However, we cannot accept liability for pre-existing damage to your vehicle, damage caused by third parties, or issues arising from factors beyond our control.

We use professional-grade adhesives and follow manufacturer guidelines for safe drive-away times. It is the customer’s responsibility to follow any aftercare advice provided by our technician.

Glass Specification

We source glass matched to your vehicle specification where available. In some cases, aftermarket glass may be used. We will inform you of the glass type before fitting.
